Welcome to a journey with us through India's gastronomic diversity. The culture, history, religion and traditions of each religion - Catholics, Hindus, Jains, Muslims, Sikhs and Syrian Christians – are reflected in the variety of our food. We offer you a feast of diverse flavours, underpinned by spice, from Kashmir in the north to Kerala in the south of India.
Over the 4 years we have sold curries, from India’s 28 states, at markets we have grown a band of faithful addicts. They return (from all over the world) because they are assured their meals will be delicious and also because our blends are pure and good. We do not add flour, nuts, preservatives, sugar or salt. Dietitians have recommended our curries to people who are fructose intolerant, as we do not add onion or garlic.
Our difference lies in our authenticity, freshness, purity, wide range and great customer service. Foodies and amateurs alike feel equally comfortable with our blends and simple recipes. We even have chefs use our blends, in their restaurants, in very creative ways – tarts, pies, rice! We are also certified Australian made by AMAG.
